A Dog Training Club Like No Other
Welcome to the youth club for dogs — a place where energy, personality, and big feelings aren’t just accepted, they’re celebrated.
We’re not like other trainers. Every dog and every owner is seen, valued, and supported, whether they’re gentle and curious or lively and fearless.
We focus on engagement, challenge, and meaningful activity — giving dogs the chance to think, move, and learn in ways that suit them, and owners the tools and support to enjoy every moment.
Every session is dynamic, inspiring, and full of opportunities to discover new skills.
Above all, we’re a community
A place where dogs and their people connect with trainers who understand them, with other owners who get them, and with classes that are welcoming, lively, and full of possibility.
It’s never ordinary.
It’s where all the good dogs go.
What We Do
Foundation Classes:
Perfect for puppies or older dogs who are new to training, these sessions build the foundations of a happy, confident canine.
Sports Classes:
A mix of gundog work, hoopers, obedience, and body awareness to build practical skills, keep your dog’s brain busy, and, most importantly, have fun!
Scent Detection Classes & Workshops:
Teach your dog how to sniff out specific scents – great for building focus and confidence.
Mantrailing:
Tap into your dog’s natural scent-tracking abilities as they learn to follow human trails in this mentally stimulating activity.
Gundog Classes:
Our gundog classes are for every kind of dog—any breed, any age, whether steady and focused or just discovering their energy. Each dog brings their own personality, and we celebrate that.
Short Courses:
Our three-week mini-series offer short, focused blocks of training that are inclusive, supportive, and designed to help dogs and owners progress together.
Whatever your dog’s personality,
we tailor our classes to suit them.
No cookie-cutter training here – just thoughtful, engaging sessions that bring out the best in your dog.
Why Choose Us?
We’re a Team:
Erin and I each run our own classes, bringing energy, creativity, and a love of dogs to everything we do. Erin teaches foundation, sports, gundog series, and workshops, while I run sports, scent, and mantrailing. Together, we make every class fun, engaging, and totally rewarding for dogs and their people.
Tailored Training:
We meet each dog where they are, offering the right level of challenge, support, and variety to keep them motivated and confident. Every class is designed to stretch their skills, build focus, and make learning fun for both dogs and their owners.
Kindness & Inclusivity:
Every dog and owner is celebrated and supported here. Dogs are seen for who they are, their personalities and quirks are valued, and everyone is made to feel welcome and part of the class.
We’re Experienced:
With certified scent detection and mantrailing dogs, a year-long gundog handler course, and training under some of the best in their respective fields, we’ve got the knowledge to back up our passion.
A Little About Us
We run this club inspired by our own dogs—passionate, huge-hearted, a bit “much,” and unapologetically real. This is a place for people who show up fully for their dogs, ready to have fun, get creative, and enjoy a lively, engaging space.
Before this, I ran a horse-led program in a men’s prison, teaching inmates skills like empathy, communication, and planning. Many of them were craving connection—with the horses, with themselves, and with others. That taught me the value of community and creating a space where everyone belongs. Those lessons shape everything we do here.
Erin joined me a few years ago, and I honestly don’t know how I managed without her. She’s brilliant with dogs and people, intuitive, playful, and knows how to make every class engaging. She plans her sessions thoughtfully, keeps everything running smoothly, and brings energy and creativity that makes every class enjoyable for everyone.
Together, we run a club that’s creative, lively, and completely real. Each of us brings our own style, but we’re a team that makes sure every dog and owner is seen, celebrated, and supported, and has an amazing time while they’re at it.
Fun FAQ’s
“Is my dog too much for your classes?”
Absolutely not. Whether they’re barky, bouncy, shy, or the class clown, we’ve worked with them all. We love dogs for who they are, and we’ll help them (and you) thrive.
“Do I need to know what I’m doing?”
Nope! That’s what we’re here for. You don’t need to be an expert or even have a clue – we’ll guide you every step of the way.
“What if my dog doesn’t pick it up straight away?”
Every dog learns differently. Some get it on the first try; others need to see it a few different ways. Either way, we’ll figure it out together.
“Will I fit in?”
Absolutely. Our classes are friendly, relaxed, and welcoming. Many of our members have been with us for years because they love the inclusive, supportive environment we’ve built.
“What makes you different?”
We don’t just teach training; we teach connection. It’s about understanding your dog, building trust, and having fun together.
“What’s the best part of your classes?”
Seeing the love between you and your dog grow – and watching your dog light up as they realise how proud you are of them.
